Residential Development

ERMS is involved in marketing and coordinating the development of over 30 hectares for a modern Scandinavian type residential area in the southwest part of St. Petersburg.

After fully constructed, the area will have some 5 000 inhabitants living in a total of 160 000 m² of buildings.

Industrial Development

ERMS has been acting as a client’s representative from the first beginning in development and construction of the Gorigo Logistic Center in Gorelovo district, south from Pulkovo Airport in the Leningrad region, next to the city border. The Gorigo Logistic Center is a 90 000 m² A-class logistic center.

ERMS continues as a technical advisor for the client in its operation phase.
