Fimera Oy ERMS has agreed with a St. Petersburg based real estate development company on cooperation for the marketing and development for their retail and business parks, light industry and logistics development projects, where the site area has an excellent location for retail, offices and industrial sites in St. Petersburg area.
The development area is located on western section next to the St. Petersburg ring road. The area has an approved master plan and technical conditions for utilities. The total area on the development area is about 350 hectares and the first sites have already been sold and the construction of the first projects will start in nearest future.
The area of the offerred sites is from 10 hectares up to 50 - 60 hectares.
Additionally to the sites ERMS can offer a wide tailored service package concerning the purchase and the development of the sites.

Fimera Oy ERMS has signed with a Moscow based land owner a cooperation agreement on marketing and development of 137 ha land area in Luhovitsy.
There is for sale altogether 137 hectares of industrial-zoned land in Luhovitsy in area, where there is already existing industry around and which is located about 2 km from the highway M5 (Moscow - Rjazan).
The area has good connections from Moscow and locates about 100 km from Moscow ring road and the territory has also a functional railway on the territory and a paved road leading to the territory.
Sites are available from 3,8 up to 110 hectares.
